What do you consider the worst thing about your school? Why?The worst part of my school is that while we have a nice performing arts center, our actual performing arts majors are quite small. In the dance department, we only have two full time faculty. This makes it impossible to offer a wide variety of dance courses that are suitable for all levels od dance students. The same for the art department. It is in a little brown-stone building which recieves hardly any attention. These majors are quite promising and feature amazing students, so I feel that the departments should be worked on to ensure the student’s satisfaction.,What’s unique about your school compared to other schools you considered? My school is a Liberal Arts Institution that thrives off of creativity and a sense of “welcomeness.” This family feel is a rarity for most 4 year private colleges. The small acceptance rate and classroom sizes make the family feel quite possible on campus. Our school is unique because we are well-known for our pre-med track while we have a lavish performing arts center for the creative minds of Ursinus. This type of investment tells of my school’s well-roundedness and interest in student creativity. Its what attracted me to the college in the first place.
