What do you consider the worst thing about your school? Why?The worst thing about the University of Alabama is the domineering presence of the Greek system.  They run campus elections (student government), even though they are a small fraction of the population.  Other than that, there is a lack of affordable parking spots. If you could change something about your school, what would you change?I would change the image of the school from a football school to an academic institution.  The University of Alabama employs leading scientists and professionals in their fields, and the school delivers a first-rate education to each student.  Just look at the number of UA’s Academic All-Americans.

What kind of person should attend this school?the University of Alabama is open to all ethinic groups in addition to all social classes. In the hall of my dorm we have a diverse and rather unique blend of people. The people in my hall include those attending school from countries like china, japan, korea, india, and canada. In addition to this is the diverse ammount of religions from catholic, protestant, buddist, and atheist. Therefore i think that the University of Alabama is open to all. What kind of person shouldn’t attend this school? The campus at Alabama is very large and open. This being said even though there are entrances for physically disabled it would still be very troublesome to get from class to class across the large space. Other than this there is not a reason as to not attend the University of Alabama.

What do you consider the worst thing about your school? Why?The worst thing about my school is the cost of on-campus housing. It definitely costs a bit much to live on campus at the University of Alabama. If a student wants the quality of having there own room and personal bathroom, they have to pay a pretty penny for the benefits.,What do you brag about most when you tell your friends about your school? When I am bragging to my friends about my school, I mostly talk about the opportunities that are given to explore different things and different cultures on campus. The University of Alabama does a good job of making sure there are plenty of extracurricular activities available to students. These activities allow students learn about things they know nothing about.

Describe your classmates in one sentence. The University of Alabama is home to some of the most diverse people in the world ranging from selfless volunteer and relief workers to fun-loving Greek members along with everything in between.,What’s the most frustrating thing about your school? The most frustrating thing about attending the University of Alabama is that most people will assume you are either a partier or a jock. The school is notorious for being a “fun school with a great football team”; it doesn’t receive enough credit for the wonderful academics offered. The stigma is one that has to be worked past and falsified unlike most schools where schools don’t have to contend with it at all.
