What kind of person shouldn’t attend this school?People how procrastinate and do not know how to manage their time should not attend college.,What’s the most frustrating thing about your school?Finding parking is honestly one of the most frustrating things about college.

What do you wish you had known before you came to this school? That even though you may not want a full four year degree,  it is well worth the time to accomplish the basics at the Community College level. That way, you have a strong foundation. Should the time come to go beyond the two year, or simply prove to yourself and future employers that you have the abillity to see something through, the hardest part is over.  You can begin to build on what you’ve set in motion.,What kind of person should attend this school? If you are unsure of your abilities to succeed, you should come - to grow, develop and mature. If you know you can succeed, you should come. - as one who can help others. If you are young, set positive foundations. If you are old, build on those foundations you already have.

What do you consider the best thing about your school? Why?The credits from TCC transfer and they are accredited for the field of study I have chosen.,What kind of person shouldn’t attend this school? The type of person that should not attend this school is someone who is not serious about a good education.  Tidewater Community College offers a wide variety of studies and prides itself on have credits that transfers to four year schools.  Anyone that is studying the healthcare industry should be absolutely serious about their studies and the carrer path they have chosen.. They will be a major factor in the quality of life for the people they care for.

What do you consider the best thing about your school? Why?The faculty and staff are very helpful to students who have questions about financial aid, scholarships, courses, etc.  I like the resources that are available and the services provided as well as the events that are held.  The classrooms are well-lit and clean; the teachers are friendly and informative.,Describe your classmates in one sentence. My classmates seem easy to talk to and are respectful to the instructor.  I have met and spoken with some classmates that are amicable and have developed a good relationship with them.  I have talked with other students that were not in any of my classes that are friendly.

What’s unique about your school compared to other schools you considered? The one thing unique about Tidewater Community College in comparison to the other schools I considered is the tuition. The schools I were accepted to were all private colleges and had small class sizes, just like Tidewater Community College, but they also had dormitories, extra fees, and they are hours away from home.,What’s the most frustrating thing about your school?Going to a community college in this area allows you to see the people you graduated high school with who barely made it out. Although I graduated with honors and had plans to go to a four year school made it difficult to adjust.  There are people of all ages, which also makes it uncomfortable, but after the first semester I adjusted and all went well.
