What do you consider the best thing about your school? Why?The absolute best thing about Randolph Macon College is the small quiet atomosphere.  Every class that I take there is an average of 14-16 people. This is a huge advantage because it allows for a lot of personal attention between the students and professors.,What do you consider the worst thing about your school? Why?The worst thing about Randolph Macon College is the lack of diversity.  I feel that most of the people I see around campus are people exactly like myself. It offers no mix of culture between the students, which is often an advantage given by a larger university.

What is your school best known for?RMC is a small community and is a very greek school. If you are interested in greek life, this is a great place to be. Everyone is very friendly and the faculty and staff are excellent!,What kind of person shouldn’t attend this school? If you are the type of person who wants partying to be your major, you will fail out of this school. Yes, there are plenty of oppurtunities for a social life but RMC is very tough academically. If you are not good at balancing your time and you don’t like having a personal connection with your teachers and your community, you probably would not want to come here.

What do you consider the best thing about your school? Why?The best thing about Randolph-Macon is the class sizes. The largest class that I have had is 16 people. This allows you to get to know the faculty and the others in your class. Also you have many classes with the same people so it is easier to study for exams.,What kind of person shouldn’t attend this school? If you dont hve good time management skills, or the will power to work hard; you sould avoid this school.

What do you consider the best thing about your school? Why?The resources and tunnel vision toward being sucessful.  Everything is geared toward helping you as a person grow individually and academically, and the resources available are fansatsic to helping students gain confidence to be sucessful.  The student body is concerned with learning and takes the initiative to learn on their own and to ask professors for guidance.  This environment makes you want to learn more and try harder to grasp the concepts at hand.  At R-MC, the whole person is vauled and you are very much an individual that professors, students, staff and administrators remember just after one introduction.,What’s unique about your school compared to other schools you considered? The small classes and the professors.  The professors really care about the students, they are on campus as much as the students and they don’t live here!  Professors provide you with multiple ways to get in touch with them including home and cell numbers, they are extremely devoted to the progress and sucess of the students.  They are fexible and adaptable to different classroom personalities and leanring styles.
