What kind of person should attend this school?I reccomend Grambling State University to anyone that would like to improve themselves.    You should have a burning desire to attain excellence academically .    Grambling State University helped me to develop as a person and provided me a great educational experince. What kind of person shouldn’t attend this school?Institutions of higher learner exist to help students academically.  If a person is not interested in receiving an education then they should not enroll in college.

Describe your classmates in one sentence. My classmates are friendly and helpful because we are all in this together.,What’s the most frustrating thing about your school?Grambling is in a rural area it is sometimes hard to get to where you need to go. The school also needs to update many of its buildings so students can have the resources they need while in a comfortable and safe learning environment.

What is your school best known for?Grambling State is best known for being an amazing HBCU. Grambling State is one of the best historically black universities in the country. Also Coach Eddie Robinson put Grambling States football team on the map and made them nationally known. Coach Eddie Robinson’s tireless dedication to Grambling State and it’s football team made Grambling the place it is today. There is such a powerful vibe here at Grambling and once you step on campus, one feels right at home. Grambling State has a close family feel which makes everyone feel appreciated, excepted and loved.,What do you consider the worst thing about your school? Why?The worst thing about Grambling State is the lack of insufficient funds. I feel if Grambling had more money, they would be able to offer more courses, activities, and support for it’s students and staff. With the recent budget cuts, Grambling has had to cut back on many academic courses, athletic teams, and social events. Student tutuion is on the rise as well do to the lack of funds. Student are needing more financial aid to cover the rising cost. Social events that used to be free on campus now have a ticket fee.

What do you consider the best thing about your school? Why?I chose to go to Grambling State University because I heard that it is a good school for majoring in economics. I plan to be a future president of the United States. Being a president involves knowing what contributes to the economy. That is why I chose to major in the field. Another reason I chose to come here is because it seems like good exercise walking to the class rooms, my dorm rooms, and other buildings.  I also chose to come here to get exposed to others’ personalities and opinions, which is a requirement of a president.,What’s the most frustrating thing about your school? The most frustrating thing about the school is some of the other students. They do things that are aggravating to me, such as stay up late, making noise while I am doing something that requires silence, or making a mess.. Most of the time, they do not respect me when I ask them to quit. I usually have to call someone of high authority in order to stop the problem, which takes a lot of my work time.
