Describe your school in one sentence.Fresno City College has well qualified professors.,What’s the most frustrating thing about your school? To be honest, the most frustrating thing about my school has been how unorganized and unprofessional the staff in the financial aid office have been.

What do you wish you had known before you came to this school? To be honest, nothing. That is why I think this school is perfect for me and for anyone. I have no regrets attending Fresno City College.  If I did have to say one thing I wish I knew I this, go to school early so you can grab a parking spot.  If you come right on time, you won’t find a spot and you will be late going to class. I guess I was expected to type about my academic experience or about a regret I have but I decided to type what I honestly feel.,What kind of person should attend this school? If one wishes to attend Fresno City College they should come ready to learn. Not only is Fresno City College one of the oldest schools in California, it’s one of the oldest colleges west of the Mississippi! This school is for anyone and everyone.  From nursing programs to speech classes to advanced calculus. This school even offers sports for the athletes, and musically gifted students can sign up for band programs.  If you want to start off with a great college experience, attend Fresno City College.

What kind of person should attend this school? The kind of person who should attend is someone who wants to get a higher education, but they don’t have the funds to do so at the moment. At Fresno City College, they can receive an excellent education for a much smaller fee, with teachers who are willing to help. I would like to see someone who knows that this place isn’t high school anymore, that they are on the precipice of a four-year college. I would like to see someone who is going to want to work to succeed and get what they want in life.,If you could change something about your school, what would you change?Even though we are an accepting community college, I would say to really monitor how many people are coming into the college. Everyone deserves an education, but when people are just there to be there and don’t bother to go to their classes, there is someone who is missing out on a class that they could possibly need to graduate because someone else is going when they don’t have the drive to succeed.

What do you consider the worst thing about your school? Why?I think that the worst thing about my school is that many of the students are not dedicated to school. As a community college,  Fresno City is less expensive than many other universities. Many of the students come but don’t care about what’s happening because it doesn’t really effect them financially if they fail, which brings down the quality of the student body.,Describe your school in one sentence.Despite its flaws, Fresno City College is a beautiful school with dedicated professors who really have the ability to connect with their students.
