What kind of person should attend this school? The type of person who should attend Duquesne University is someone who is ready to be challanged.  The course work is very rigorous and comprehensive and will definetly challange you even if AP classes in highschool did not.  Expect to have to study, but also to have enough free time to have fun.  This campus is not for “bad kids.”  They have a huge police force who will stop you if you are into anything you shouldn’t be.What’s the most frustrating thing about your school? There is honestly not that much that is frustrating about Duquesne University.  They have the most helpful professors and staff that I have encountered through out all of the colleges I toured.  The campus is clean and very well maintained.  The school is overall very awesome and not a bad place to be by any means.

What do you wish you had known before you came to this school? That they technology side of the campus is slower than the music technology program that I am inrolled in. So my major is advanced and top in the state but the college is a little behind. What kind of person shouldn’t attend this school?A well versed driven person. You pay a lot to attend this university but it pays off in the end if you are willing to put the effort in. Professors here want to see all there students succeed.

What do you consider the worst thing about your school? Why?Though the smaller size is comforting the environment sometimes reflects high school too much when people fall back into the trend easily.Describe your school in one sentence.Well sized school located just the right distance from the city with all of the benefit of being close to the action.
