What kind of person should attend this school?A person should attend CRC because they will get one of the best educations. Most schools don’t care about their students and their curriculum is never really up to par. At CRC the money you pay is well worth it in the end. You learn how to handle a professional educational environment. It prepares you for the Unversity experience, so that when you do finally transfer you will be ahead of most of your classmates. Even if you aren’t transferring you are ready for whatever the real word tries to hit you with.,What do you brag about most when you tell your friends about your school? The professors that teach at the college because they really want to help you and make sure you are ready for the University experience. They care about the work you do and what path you are following in life. Many other professors do not care much about their students but the ones at CRC really do their best to be their for their students and they put in a lot of effort to make sure their teachings styles keep students interested. They do their best at making the classroom environment not only enjoyable but a great learning one.

What do you wish you had known before you came to this school?I wish I knew how much reading you had to do in college. In high school your hand was always held by the teacher, but it’s the complete opposite in college.  I wish I had known the perfect path to reach my goal of achieving my AA Degree. I wish someone would of told me the best professors for each class so I could excel even more in my education. If I only I had known.,What’s unique about your school compared to other schools you considered?I attend Consumnes River College and it is by far one of the best Community Colleges in California. It has a rich tradition and is a very unique school compare to the other colleges in Sacramento.  CRC allows anyone to go to school,  and allows students to excel in the major they want. People with certain situations that limits their education is a great fit to CRC. That is what so unique about my school.

Describe your school in one sentence.Cosumnes River College is a great school for those who are still unsure of what they want to do in the future, but who are ready to take a step toward finding it.,What do you wish you had known before you came to this school? Before entering Cosumnes River College, I wish I had learned to take more time to look into finding financial aid.  Although I had known about it, and told myself constantly to fill out applications, I never quite understood just how important it was until after I had been in college.  With the cost of books and tuition, getting financial aid is a big help.
