What do you consider the best thing about your school? Why?The teachers and staff are very helpful.  It’s a small school so you get to know everyone well.  It has the lowest tuition in the state of Utah!,What’s the most frustrating thing about your school? The fact that it is located in Price and not many classes are offered.

Describe your school in one sentence. The College of Eastern Utah is a home away from home, with more education involved.,What do you brag about most when you tell your friends about your school? My school is small, very small. So the staff is very friendly and willing to do anything for you. People here are very close everyone knows eachother. When you walk to class you hardly see someone with headphones in walking to class. The campus is very clean, its a wonderful atmosphere. You feel like your at home. The classes are small so you get one on one with the teacher, and they know you by name. Your not a number. Your a student.

What kind of person should attend this school?People who dont want to go far. The College of Eastern Utah was not a good college I learned more in High School than I did at this college. Going here made me realize how much I need to save money to get an education at a college or university away from Price,Ut. Most of my friends attend the College of Eastern Utah and about half of them dropped out.,What’s unique about your school compared to other schools you considered? In Highschool my counslers did not help me out very much with college so I had to learn on my own. I have learned that I need to check out other colleges before desiding on the cheapest one. I have learned if i spend my money on college i might as well save up and go to higher up colleges or universities.

What kind of person should attend this school? The kind of person that best suites this school are those looking for a low-key, first-time college experience.  It’s tough expounding straight from high school to college (especially a four-year school, or a university).  Students at the College of Eastern Utah receive the full college experience, without the stress of large class sizes, uncooperative professors, large campuses, etc.  Another advantage of this school is Utah State University recently joined our school, so an individual may now obtain a degree from Utah State University while attending the College of Eastern Utah.,What do you brag about most when you tell your friends about your school? The number one bragging right I have to hold against anyone attending another college or university is the tution differences.  At the College of Eastern Utah, I pay half, sometimes less than half, of what other students pay at a larger college or university.  Being a college student is tough enough when just school work is concerned-why not relieve yourself from some of that stress and not worry about tuition costs.  Whether a scholarship is involved or not, tuition costs are reasonable and obtainable.
